Budget was closed when I got there. So we went to Avis. They upgraded us to an SUV, which is fine. Except for the gas prices, we didn't notice until we put gas in the car on the return that the entire closing lid for the gas was broken and had to be snap back in place, I did bring it to the attention of the attendant who would have sent us on our way without any contact. There were several dents in the car, and the exterior was not very clean on our pickup.Reviewed Sep 22 2026

Everything was great EXCEPT that the car reeked—as if they’d used a whole can of air “freshener” to cover something up. It was so strong I had to drive with windows down even on the freeway so my asthma would not be triggered. Awful.Reviewed Jun 1 2026

I am currently working on getting money back. I picked up and dropped off car to and when agreed upon. Unfortunately they show the car dropped off at a different location. To make matters worse, they show a different vehicle than what I used. I hope they are able to resolve this.Reviewed Jul 13 2025

Pickup experience was horrible. Long lines. Rental agent completed paperwork then directed us to garage to pickup car. But, surprise, another line because no cars were available until someone returned one.Reviewed Oct 22 2024
