Pros:The gentleman at check out today was very nice.Cons:i had to fill the radiator after I arrived at my destination, the check tire indicator stayed on, the car was very uncomfortable. The electronics were difficult to understand; I always rent from Budget and I will continue to do so, this was my first bad experience. The person I dealt with when I rented the vehicle did not go over the insurance. I informed him I wanted insurance but not to the extent of the addtional add on's. I paid $1,100 for a week's rental and it was totally not worth it. I should have kept the Jeep.Reviewed Oct 31 2017

Pros:Pick-up and drop-off were good.Cons:False advertising of price. Quoted price was $37.50. They put a $200 "deposit" on my credit card and ultimately charged me $54.71 (there were no extra charges).Reviewed Jun 30 2020

Pros:Owner was kind to take the insurance off from Budget and honor my insurance with visa. It would have been over 500. not the 275 I was told on line. The loading and unloading of car was easy. Would go to this Budget Avis rental again. Not so sure about the Jacksonville airport pickup.Reviewed Mar 14 2017

OverpricedPros:The car got great gas mileage and was decently clean.Cons:Guy at the counter was rude, the car was supposed to be 41 dollars a day and I ended up paying 120 after hidden fees, took 40 minutes to complete the rental.Reviewed Apr 25 2017

Gas chargesCons:I was charged for a full tank of gas. To get my money back I had to go to the Budget rental counter at TPA, stand in line with the gas receipt to get a refund. This is a deceitful practice and can cause one to be late for their flight.Reviewed Aug 10 2017
