Pros: as always , the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. we always use this location when renting a car for travel

Cons: They didn't have the vehicle that I reserved. In fact, they did not have ANY vehicles at all. They handed me Budget's 800 number for help. Turns out there were no vehicles within 50 miles. I had to scramble to find alternate transportation. I will not use online discount reservation service again

Pros: The car rented was well suited for our driving needs
Cons: Late acquisition, didnt have car when pickup was scheduled, tried to give us a smaller car when car ordered was not there, when car arrived it was filthy and in disrepair, sales person was personable and did what they could to remedy.
