The total cost was to be $177. Had me sign in early but did not have car available online so I did not pick up car till Thursday 7:42 as one was NOT available at the promised noon. The return was supposed to be returned to Hertz. At this point I have been charged: $263 8/22; $350 on 8/22 and $422.98 on 8/25. Until the rental car industry drastically shortens the time from the time one walks up to the rental counter until pickup of the vehicle, I for one will not be happy with the pickup procedure.
