The car pick up was seamless. It was only the third time on my life renting a car, and I was nervous about being talked into talked into extra services, features or insurance rhat I didn’t need (since I was using my own insurance. But there was none of that. There was just the economy car I rented )I bc was given a Kia I was great in gas, as promised. It was a seamless experience! The front desk experience went smoothly and quickly, the staff was attentive and helpful. I didn’t get the Chevy Malibu as I had hoped, but the car I got was even better: the 2026 VW Jetta GLI. It drove like a dream. No issues whatsoever. It was clean and smelled good. I was happy that there was an unlimited mileage option. Bringing it back went smoothly and quickly as well. Only thing was I was told at the front desk to keep my gas receipt to show I filled it up before dropping it off and the attendant in the lot said that wasn’t necessary.
