I requested a specific car that you rent all the time, 1 week prior to my rental and was told that wasn't what I rented and what I needed was more money so I did that. I was then told the specific car I was requesting still could not be guaranteed. It is listed as a mid size suv, mazda cx50 or comparable. So I found something else with a different co. and saved $100! I will rent with them vs Budget anytime. Lady was rude on the phone. You lost my business and everyone I know! Picking up the rental car went smoothly. I had a tire blow out and then I was given replacement car that was supposed to be 4-6 hours before it arrived. Then I sat on the road side for over 10 hours before the car was delivered! This didn’t make me happy. I was supposed to be getting a coupon for a rental car in the future. The coupon never arrived!
