They did not allow me to take the rental after paying for it and signing the paperwork. They left me hanging after my flight was canceled at 11pm and asked me to go around asking if a rental car is available at other rental car companies. I will never go to Budget again.Reviewed May 2 2026

The inside of the windshield was absolutely filthy when I got the car. I mean REALLY bad. I had to stop at the store and buy glass wipes to clean it as I had trouble seeing through it when driving into the sun.
