Budget did not have a car for us and we were stranded in Seattle. The pick up site permanently closed and we were not notified. We were trying to get home to my daughter who was in the hospital and they did not help or accommodate. We couldn’t find an available rental in the whole city and didn’t have a place to stay. It was the worst travel experience we have ever had. I will not be using Kayak or Budget ever again and will be filing formal complaints.Reviewed May 12 2025

I didn’t get a car because the wait was so long. In over an hour (I timed it) I had only moved up a spot on line. Walked next door to a different company and was out with a car in less than 10 minutes like usual.Reviewed May 11 2025

It was 95% self service. Had several problems and unable to reach anybody who could help.. not getting help caused me to miss flight & get a hotel room. They charged me $200/day keeping the rental car that started out at $50/day!!!Reviewed May 10 2025
