Pros: The staff was friendly but not prepared to handle the volume of customers in the loby. Training was an obvious issue as only in person knew what to do.

Cons: Better trained staff and a cleaner store front. A print machine that prints legibly. I couldn’t varify the rental car return location with my receipt because the rental contract was printed poorly.
