Cons:No instructions left for drop off, when office is closed. Budget office hidden inside Sears. Not made obvious. Very time consuming with uncertainty in knowing what to do in dropping off car when office is closed.Reviewed Nov 16 2016

Wow, what a beautiful car!Pros:So from the moment we went in to get the car to dropping it off, it was a wonderful experience. The lady that helped us was great. We rented a beautiful mustang convertible. It was very clean, heck it was new! Very low miles and ran like a dream. We were only gone a few days but loved every moment of it. She took the time to show us all about the car. Really a great experience. Can't wait to go again!Reviewed Jul 15 2016
