My experience was great as always . I did not like the car that I was given a sensor came on while I was driving and I reported it and when I returned the car I was compensated for my issue and that made me give excellent reviews because the could have just apologized but they made me feel like they were really truly concerned about what happened .Reviewed Jul 11 2026

I would first like to say the workers at the enterprise at syracuse airport were very nice and helpful. The day i went to pick up my car, it was insanely busy. there was truly not enough staff, which is more of a management problem. But the car i received had a tail light out and even though it had been “cleaned” it reeked of weed. the carplay cut out multiple times as well. but they were already so busy and selling out cars i couldn’t go without a car for my vacation.Reviewed Jul 11 2026
