Not a good experience when I requested my contract. They said they would email it to me. However, it's been seven days now, and I still haven't received my contract, even though I kept calling them every couple days and reinstated my email and my text phone number, and then they haven't done neither. I haven't gotten an email of it and I haven't gotten a text version of it. So for this reason, I will not rent what enterprise any longer.Reviewed Oct 8 2026

Car was very uncomfortable for 3 people to travel in. Not much space in the backseat or the back end for luggage. The first one we got the Van was excellent and filled all of our expectations. The Rogue is just a small vehicle for a long trip. With that being said it was great on gas mileage !!Reviewed Oct 5 2026
