We went on Friday in person to make sure the van we requested was available given that the previous booking we had to settle for an SUV as the van was not available. Well this time they topped themselves: we went on Saturday to pick up the van but Enterprise was closed. At no point did the clerk indicate on Friday, stressing we went in person, that closing time was 12 o'clock even though we repeatedly stated that we would pick up the van at 2 pm. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Car was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Great experience. The only problem was with Enterprise itself. I was going to be arriving right at my dropoff time, which was also when the office was supposed to close, and wanted to make sure they knew I was arriving. When I tried calling, I was routed to a general Enterprise phone system and had no way of routing my call to the actual branch where I was dropping off. The automated message told me the office was closed, even though it was before the time when the branch actually closed. Caused unnecessary stress, but it worked out in the end.Reviewed May 25 2026

customer service was great. i would expect to be given as much information on what i need to provide as possible before arriving. because this is a car rental facility, some people arrive by uber/lyft or just getting a ride from someone. wasting time and money is not fun. not everyone is in as good of a financial position as another which is fine, but those category of people should be able to know if they are eligible for a car rental BEFORE they arrive at the facility. communication and expectations would be ideal. saves EVERYONE of wasted time and efforts.Reviewed May 24 2026

Enterprise good. Helpful. The Kayak web site was deceiving. I clearly requested a pick up/drop off SeaTac airport. What I got was a trip to lite rail,exit Northgate, bus to Enterprise. Then reverse it for return.Reviewed May 20 2026
