Well, first of all the fees I didn't know was Is going to happen. The car that I was gonna get wasn't charged yet.They wanted me to charge it before even took off. It was supposed to be 58$ and I knew that I was gonna have to get insurance but it was like 3 different types and roadside was seperate also. Soi was chargeed 30 to reserve it 96 for the rental and $100 extra . And the $300 deposit I didn't know about I had to go put cash in my bank when I came back they closed for the day. I wasn't able to get the car. So I missed the wedding.I was supposed to go to and that really sucked.Reviewed Apr 22 2024

I am not sure why your site offers deals on cars that are not there. I rented a transit van, only to find out it wasn't available. When I asked about a refund I was told to contact Kayak. When I asked for help locating another transit I was told I would have to call around. Plain and simple do not advertise items you don't have!Reviewed Apr 22 2024

When I was on KAYAK looking for a car, the website said I could pick up the car at Terminal 2 of Malpensa Airport in Milan. Nope. Had to go to Terminal 1. Had to ask the SIXT agent at T2 where DRIVALIA agent and pickup was located. That was embarrassing. One-way drop-off was OK, but had to search for a DRIVALIA agent to inspect the car and give the keys to. The agent office is on the opposite end of the airport from the rental car return, so did a lot of walking. Also, just received an email invoice for a "One-Way Charge". I thought the price I paid online included ALL charges, as I checked the One-Way box on the website application. Will be calling DRIVALIA (and maybe KAYAK) about that one.
