Great service
Pros: It was super easy to pick up the car from Santos Dumont Airport. The car was clean and in excelent conditions. Drop of was even easyer. Unlike most rental places, the staff here was super helpfull and friendly.

Be careful...
Cons: Always check your car of scratches and minor aestethic problems before you sign the checklist. Ëmployees do not write down all of them and after you return it, they will charge you damage you have not done! I checked it before and the employee had to write down more than 10 scratches!

I didnt rent a car, but I have an 88$ charge in my credit card.
Cons: I didnt rent a car because some problem in my credit card, but I have an 88$ charge in my credit card by budget. Im waiting for the refund as the worker told me. Can you do it a little bit faster?

Cons: They didnt have clear the use of their system or software. It taked more than 40 minutes to have the car. And we travel with kids.

Pros: Car was clean and in very good condition. Shuttle readily available.
Cons: - 40 minutes to go through paperwork when picked up the car. This was not a waiting line. It was just the processing time. - It took 20 minutes for the employee to review car for damages when dropping off. Very meticulous, even after I informed that everything was ok. Glad I added extra time to check in.

Cons: After leaving Brazil budget try to charge damage to vehicle , vehicle was inspected at time of return , no damage was reported , FRAUD . Never will rent from budget again .
