No car, no gas, no organization
Pros: Eventually there was a car, and I was able to drive it to my destination. At drop-off, the employee charged me the right amount . . . eventually.
Cons: There were no cars when I arrived for my reservation. (Why not call to let me know? Or send me to the airport location right away?) The car they eventually found (from another company) had only 3/4 gas, which is fine (I filled it up that amount) but at the other end they gave me a hard time about it. (No, I won't buy gas for your company.)

Cons: The lady at the rental place refused to let my girlfriend use the bathroom and was quite rude. She made her walk across the freeway to a place on the other side of it to use a bathroom, which is dangerous and completely ridiculous. We both are not complainers and rarely respond to these types of emails, but were sure this person should not be dealing with people.

Horrible Customer Service
Cons: I made a reservation and received a confirmation number. I drove to Budget and was greeted by the sales representative with "What can we do for you? Because as you can see we don't have any cars in the parking lot". I explained I had a reservation for an 8:30 pick up and she told me they had no cars available despite my reservation. She then went on to tell me that in small print on the confirmation it states that despite making a reservation they do not guarantee a car will be available and "most people don't read it". I later reviewed the confirmation and no such language was used anywhere. I will not be returning to Budget.

Cons: We waited an hour to get the car due to the office being closed for a lunch break. We ordered a compact and got an economy.
