United Dropped me in DC and I had to Rent a Car to Drive myself home to VA Beach. I requested a FULL SIZE Car and got a Little KIA. It didn't even have Electric Seats or a Rear Window Wiper. The Driver who took us from Airport to Avis was Very Rude and insisted on playing his Radio Loud even when I explained I needed to Make an Important Phone Call.Reviewed Dec 30 2021

Cons:Windows were very dirty on the inside. The film on the windows made it very hard to see at night at was hard to clean with just water at a gas station. Food left in glove box and a melted chocolate bar.Reviewed Jul 29 2019

2nd Hertz car from this location with minor mechanicalsPros:Clean car, except for a pair of sunglasses and papers in glove box. Ran well.Cons:One back seat release to lay seat down was jammed, and the seat belt was trapped behind it. Our 4th person had no belt, and that is not ok. This is 2nd car from this location with trouble. Last month it was a rear view mirror falling off. Quality control lacking.Reviewed Dec 28 2018

ok, but it's a small marketPros:Pick up and dropoff were painless and quick. Hertz agents don't pressure about extra insurance, which I don't need.Cons:My rental was in good condition, but not cleaned well. I cut my finger on a cut zip tie in the driver door pocket, and there were two used hairties on the wiper stalk. I called the local Hertz branch the day before to try to get hours open and left a message. they never returned the call.Reviewed Oct 4 2018
