Informed 2 minutes before scheduled to pick up vehicle that it would not be available even though I made the reservation 6 months earlier. No comparable or other vehicles available. We had to go to Enterprise. Will not book with Budget again.Reviewed Aug 6 2025

I wasn't given any receipt at pickup . Told I would get at return. When I returned car, I stood in line for about 10 min. Then was told it would be emailed to me. It's been 24 hrs. and I still haven't seen a receipt. I have no idea how much I was charged.. I had requested an economy car, but was upgraded to Jeep . That was a pleasant surprise.Reviewed Jul 22 2024

While it would be nice if there was more than one employee to handle the counter when flights arrive, everyone was friendly and the entire process was pretty smooth from beginning to end. Car was great, too!Reviewed Nov 21 2023
