About 24 hours after pickup, the low tire air pressure light came on. I went to the local service station and filled up the tire, and it was fine. It would have been no big deal, except this happened to me twice now in the last year and a half from this rental agency in this location, except the first time the tire actually had a leak, and I ended up putting the spare tire on after contacting them, because I didn't have time to wait for them. Manager made it very difficult to rent a vehicle. Your company also has unwritten rules that were absolutely ridiculous. I was on my way to Dallas and was unable to get a car. I ended up driving down to enterprise and y’all should strive to be like them! Enterprise made it so easy and had better customer service. The staff was nice. I was charged the wrong amount. I followed all the directions to drop off my paperwork and keys in a box because the location was closed when I arrived at the airport. Instead of being charged 87.09 I was charged 105 on my credit card. I have the original receipt and a picture of the mileage etc but have to take the time and hassle to dispute it with my credit card companyReviewed Nov 2 2022

Be sure to talk through EVERY CHARGE. Even though I denied all additional offers, they tacked on an additional charge. And when I asked about the final total being nearly $150 over my reservation price, they said that was for the deposit that would be refunded back to my account after dropping off the vehicle. Little did I know, when I checked my CC account afterwards, price was nearly $350 over my reservation price. When I asked about it at the front desk, they said their hands were tied since I initialed the final price. But since I was given false information before initialing, I feel taken advantage of. Will be reporting this and asking for a refund of the additional funds. Very unprofessional.Reviewed Oct 12 2021
