Pros: The drop off was easy and the young man who rented us the Jeep Wrangler was especially helpful in getting us rolling.

Cons: The actual cost was $100+ more than my confirmed price. It could have been due to the insurance I purchased, but it seems high for insurance for 2 days.
Cons: The return procedure was really confusing and the rep at the window a tiny bit condescending but otherwise it was smooth, quick and good.

Cons: All kinds of paperwork and they do a credit check and don't tell you that until you get up there you've already had the schedule so we went to Enterprise great place no hassle
Cons: I rented a one way for 24 hours in Denver to Missouri. I turned it in at the 24 hour mark but because the time zone change it looked like i had it an extra hour, which they charged me $280 extra. They couldn’t fix my bill, made me call the Denver desk which no one answered and then made me call five other numbers and no one could help me. Even the worker at the desk was frustrated.
Pros: Counter person was very nice and upgraded us for half the daily price, into a brand new car. Would have enjoyed our trip very much if new cars were designed to be more driver friendly. Customer Service at the secondary insurance company offered, was terrific when I wasn't able to find the information I needed.
Cons: The rental car place at the airport needs to have someplace for drop off and pick up drivers to park while doing business with them instead of having to park in the pay lots. And, it would be nice if when you rent a car online, you actually get the car that you picked out. First we were supposed to get a RAV4, then a Ford Escape, when we got to the rental agency we were told a KIA Sorento. Chose to upgrade to a Jeep Cherokee.

Pros: The return agent was friendly. Return process easy.
Cons: Reserved a RAV4 was given a Kia. I guess to some they are comparable - they are not. Pick up agent was annoyed when I stated that I did not want/ do not like Kia’s. Paid weekly rad, was charged an extra day even though I had car less than 6 24 hour days. Could have done without dead beetles flew out of defroster. Tried calling about warning lights on dashboard - was on musak hold for so long each time, never happened asked to a live person. Could go out n but thinking about it is making me angry all over again.
Miserable coulf
Cons: Could not change pickup time online before the travel day. Arrived early at arrival airport. Could not pick up car early even though one was available. Could have a larger car for a higher fee. Could have a smaller car for the same fee. Very unfair. Cancelled car and went to another vendor who provided a car for a reasonable charge promptly.
Cons: Major weather delays caused me to be unable to pick my car up at the time my reservation stated. My reservation estimated price was 42.98 for Oct 14 9 pm - Oct 16th 2 pm. I did not land until 12:42 am. I had NO control over my arrival. When I questioned to Budget agent at the airport about the charges he had no answer for me except to call the customer care number. After talking with no less than 4 people there I wasn't offered ANY price adjustments. Budget sucks!!
