Employees were friendly but did not give any resolution to the dirty van. No coupon to go get it washed. Just an excuse of why it was dirty on the outside, but ok what about the inside. There could be no excuse. It just was not cleaned from previous uses. I Lysol and wiped down with disinfectant wipes. Van was dirty inside and out.Reviewed May 30 2023

We thought we were renting a full size truck, but when we arrived we’re presented with a choice to take a Toyota Tacoma or wait several hours for a full size to be returned. Because of our schedule, took the smaller truck and had to pay the same price. They had a bunch of weasel words/reasons why it was the same price…that amounted to “that’s just the way we do it”. Cons:The morning of our pick up (8am) the staff called to say our passenger van was not available. They charged us the same price for an Expedition, AND then we found out there's an 11% tax for picking it up at the airport. We had to squeeze into an SUV, gas to leave some luggage at home, and had to pay MORE for something that was not our fault. All with no warning or heads up so we could have looked for another option. Cons:I dropped car off before opening hours using dropbox. Got a voicemail an hour later that a claim would be filed for a dent in the door. I called 5 times over two days leaving voicemails each time and never got a call back. On 3rd day and 6th attempt I called reservation desk rather than claim extension and finally got to someone that said claim had been cancelled. Shouldn't have taken 6 calls and 3 days to find that out.Reviewed Apr 27 2016
