Cons: Dirty car as delivered.
Poor communication. The location did not know about our requested pickup delay that we called into the call center. Plus, they said they tried to call us to ask if we were still coming. They were planning to rent our car away! Very poor communications!

Pros: Kia Soul with only 2300 mile....it was fun while it lasted!
