Pros:The service was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Cons:The rear wiper didn't work.
Cons:Price was an additional $200 for only an 8 hour difference (midnight pickup vs 8am) and did not get car type which was booked. Would have much preferred to save the money.

Pros:The car was fully loaded, and drove like a dream!
Pros:The rate for this car was excellent. I got the car in one city and dropped it in another. There was no extra fee for this. I got a clean nice Ford Focus for less than $31.
Pros:Renting and returning the car went fine. The car was decent. The attendant at the return was very thorough and friendly.
Cons:The cost of my short three hour or so one way rental to Knoxville was around $50. That was a bit much. $30 would have been better. Also, I think the car had an alignment issue and the driver door creaked when opened, as though some part of the frame might break.
Cons:The Budget/Avis employee arrived late (I was there at 10 til 8 that morning) She spoke so loudly everyone behind me knew my business Car was dirty
Cons:When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they didn't have a car for me and it would be available until 1pm if it was brought back. When I called Customer Service, I was told to go to the air port and they would have a car for me there When I arrived there, they told me I wasn't scheduled to pick up the car until 3pm. They were wanting me to wait 3 hrs. for the car I reserved for 12pm. Then when all was said and done, I had to pay $40.00 more than the original price in order to get the car at the time I originally scheduled it for. POOR Service all around. The man in Chattanooga was HORRIBLE!!! He called at 11:30 to inform me the car wasn't going to be there. I asked why he didn't call sooner and he had no answer. HE SUCKS!! POOR additude!!!@
Pros:I was able to return the car after hours when I arrived in Chattanooga, which was very handy because my house is about 30 minutes away from the drop off location and returning the car the next day when I had to work was going to be tricky.
Pros:Good price. Nice car.
Cons:Called and asked if the lot was safe for me to leave my car or if I should have someone drop me off. Got home and realized my tag had been stolen!!
