Pros:Had several choices of vans. Curteous staff.
Cons:No windshield washer fluid. Zero gas. Coasted to the closest station. 1/8 of a tank would have been nice. Still a great van....
They did not have a pickup truck that I reserved
Pros:The staff in Chattanooga was super friendly and helpful. Everything in Chattanooga was very good.
Cons:I had to change my drop off location to Nashville because my flight out of Chattanooga was canceled due to the Irma storm. I had to pay $106 to change the return location. I had hoped they would work with me a little better than that.
Pros:Pickup and drop off were very quick. All my questions were answered. I was able to change drop off locations without a charge. Gas mileage was excellent!
Pros:Absolutely horrible experience.
Cons:Got to the Hertz location and was informed I would not be able to take the car because I did not have a credit card, even though I had already made the reservation online, paid, and paid the insurance. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service, go to a different location, then be turned down again because of a credit check. These things need to be stated upfront on the website!!!! You need a credit card and good credit to rent a car!!
Pros:Good price. Guy at counter, Matt, was nice.

Pros:I liked the ease of renting and returning. I liked the quality of the car and the price was very reasonable.
Got to rental counter at 5:30 after my flight landed and they were closed. Had to rent a car from another company. They suck!
Pros:Reservation was quick and easy. Process for getting the car and returning it was painless.
Cons:Car was disgusting inside. Some kid in the very back seat had ground a cracker or cookie all over half of the headliner. Had to take disinfectant wipes to all surfaces. Let the check in attendant know and all he told me was that he would look at it. Not impressed.
Pros:Fast, courteous service. Needed to extend rental by 2 days, so very easy to do by calling 800 number.
