Cons:Too big lines while picking up the cars. The car which I got had so many problems. It stalled in road multiple times. Exterior had so many dents and acratches. The car was pretty old and beaten up. dont waste your time and money in your vacation.
Pros:Drop off was quick and efficient. Speedy van pickup to the terminal.
Cons:Long wait to pick up car. Not enough staff to handle the number of folks picking up their cars. No one had noted the scratches and dents, etc. on the car, so we had to spend more time noting all of them. The outside of the car was not as clean as it should have been; tar residue in various spots on the car.
Cons:The wait for getting in the car at the location after the shuttle was way too long...45 minutes
