Pros:Both Check In and Drop Off were extremely easy. The Staff were very nice and professional. Would definitely rent a car from Budget again.

Pros:Quick check in and on our way fast. Easy to find the car and get out of the parking ramp.
They said that they had a car of us and we had our confirmation number. But when we went there to go pick it up. They said that they didn’t have any cars available and would call us when they do. Was a waste of my time and ruined my plans for the day. Then at 1am in the morning Budget emailed me and said that they now had a car available. I did not respond I was asleep. I would not recommend this company!!!!!
Cons:The pick up location in Miami had 3 people behind the counter & all three were helping the same customer. Then when we finally were directed to our rental, which was in an upstairs garage. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to find it, due to poor directions.
Cons:No shuttle. No seats to sit on during the wait. 45 min shuttle delay so we had to hire a taxi instead. No automated curbside check in or receipt generation. No customer service skills exhibited by representatives.
Pros:nothing out of ordinary
Cons:No windshield fluid. Our car was wet and full of water stains from car wash.
Pros:The employee tried her best obtain a vehicle for us.
Cons:Computers were down. Competing with Avis for vehicles. Took longer to get a car then the Atlanta to Miami flight.
