Pros:Service and speed
Cons:Vehicle had not been cleaned. Turn signal bulb burnt out. Overall very good experience though and would definitely recommend.
Cons:There was quite a mess at pickup. Took over an hour to get my car. After that it went great.

Cons:Just before pickup, I checked the Budget website and saw that the price had dropped on the economy car class. At the counter, I asked the staffer if he could give me the current price, which was $7/day less than when I made the reservation. He said I would need to step out of line, go online and cancel my existing reservation, and then make a new one. That is ridiculous. Also he then tried to outsell me to a midsize car for more money by saying it was not only larger but also had cruise control(so did the economy car).
Pros:van driver to/from remote lot was very friendly and helpful.
Cons:Classic Bait-and-Switch tactics. The car class I ordered was unavailable but they would give me a discount on a higher class car. Note they didn't say give me a higher class car at the booked rate as most other rental companies do. They then had me acknowledge that I had turned down GPS, extra insurance etc. However the final bill included all these items. Their answer, is at my new car class those items were not optional. Bottom line is the "discounted" $64/day rental averaged $180/day after all hidden fees and charges added.

Pros:Our Chrysler Pacifica was top of the line. It has every bell and whistle and was perfect for our trip out West. It was a nice surprise to have such luxury at the standard minivan price.
Cons:The van was not totally clean when we got it, with a water bottle left in it, a smear of something on the steering wheel, etc. It didn’t inspire trust that it had been cleaned very well. We waited forever in line to pick it up due to having few customer service representatives, so that was frustrating. Our check-in went quickly, though.
Pros:Car was comfortable and clean.Staff was friendly, though very overwhelmed by the demand. They handled it well, in spite of one lady very upset she was being asked to wait for a short time.
Cons:Kayak suggested I rent a car in addition to booking my flight - and i said "sure!" but the location they gave me turned out to be about 20 minuted from the airport with no way to get there. That was a bit annoying since i didn't know the area and didn't know it was the location without a shuttle.
Pros:Patrick was very friendly.
Cons:I think I could have saved a little more if I had used the 30% rentalcars.com offer that was in my email; but, I ran out of time to change my reservation. On 2/4, I paid $136 for a one day rental, St. Louis, MO to Hickory, NC. On 2/10, I paid $36 for a 2-hour rental, Lynchburg, VA to Richmond, VA.
Pickup process was inefficient. Long lines.
