Pros:Pick up was quick, drop off was easier. The insurance through kayak is much more bang for buck, budget even told us this. Their rate was 50 a day and kayaks was 72 for the 9 days. Was a good piece of mind becasue with 1600 miles you never know what can happen

Pros:At reservation pricing was attractive
Cons:Re-booking confirmation was not found by Buget/Avis in SYD. Avis rep then hijacked rental and I ended up paying TWICE the quoted rate online from Kayak. Avis//Budget rep also claimed there was no drop off station in the Flinders area (specifically Frankston, but there is). Complete RIPOFF from SYD Int'l Budget/Avis.

Lack of directions and signage to return to rental car at airport Sydney caused 45 min of lost time and high frustration.

Pros:Value was good. Pickup was pretty good. And drop off was easy.
Cons:GPS was intermittent. And needed to be reliable in this foreign city where I drove on the opposite side of what I am used to.
