Budget overcharged me for my reservation stating they can’t change their system to accommodate offers made through third parties for reservations. And although they can see my reservation and the discrepancies, I have to dispute it with kayak/priceline even though it was a pay later booking and they’ve taken my money. Wouldn’t recommend budget to anyone.

The car's exterior was really dirty. So much so that I chose to run it through a car wash during our rental time just to clean it up. The interior was clean. I believe the exterior was dirty because the rental location at the airport doesn't have a cleaning facility or location to wash returned vehicles, so not really the staff's fault. But maybe they could get a mobile cleaning service or something? Otherwise, the rental was good and I'm happy.
