I will not use budget or kayak again. When I had an issue because my plane was delayed neither were helpful at all. Budget said they could not help because I used a 3rd party to rent. When I called kayak they said they could not help Really disappointing!

Tweezers found under the seat. Windshield washer fluid low. Waited over an hour to pick up the car because the “fast pass” didn’t work. When I finally got to the counter the customer service representative said that was “not uncommon.” The price was great though.

Car was very clean, we upgraded at the desk and your agent was super helpful and friendly. Price was good-no complaints. Drop off was seamless, quick and easy. A long wait for pickup but everything else was excellent

The “change oil soon” light came on, had to drive 45 min. out of my way to exchange the vehicle and 45 min. back to my hotel and wasn’t compensated for my inconvenience. Also, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

There were some initial frustrations with the correct vehicle being available. We reserved a minivan and got an SUV, which didn’t meet our needs, but a kind gentleman (Lance, perhaps) helped get us into the vehicle we needed.

They confirmed a different vehicle to what I required I call to discuss this and there was no answer. I went to the office and there was no empathy at all for my situation and we cancelled the order online.
