The van I rented never got dropped off to the location customer service was absolutely no help I have to booked my vehicle 3 months in advance and it was a complete waste of time will never use these services again

Be prepared to wait in line for Budget in ABQ -- there's usually a single staffer working the counter for three rental companies. We were 5th in line when we got there on this past trip and it took about an hour to get our car. Now the price can't be beat and once you have your car all is good; you just need to be prepared for what you're walking into

Overcharged by $6/day for a 62 day rental. Figured out I was being overcharged. Brought it to their attention. They refused to fix it. Promptly returned the car. Was then charge $580 after returning the car (after already paying). DO NOT USE BUDGET.

Easy pick up and drop off. Conveniently located right in arrivals area. My main complaint is they left the windows part way down and it was raining when we arrived. Driver seat was soaked and passenger seat slightly wet. Also, car was not cleaned very well. Empty water bottle in back as well as cup holders had crumbs/sticky stuff in them.

Awful. Had a reservation for a rental and when I arrived on time to pick up the rental they were “sold out” and had no cars available at all and offered zero assistance to help me get to my destination 75 miles away. Terrible experience

There was more than a 2 hour wait at the rebel counter and it was unclear if they had enough cats for everyone.

Booked my rental car on here and budget just show happen it was through budget, a company I usually don’t use.. Arrived at Dtw, found my way to the pick up area with my family and was greeted with; “We don’t have any more cars, it’s going to be a 3-4hr wait. Never happened to me before. It was late, so we caught an Uber to the hotel.
