Pros:Super friendly counter employee at SBA.
Cons:Dodge Charger was a little dirty inside...and had over 24k miles on it
Pros:I like that the car was small, but could handle the California Interstates just fine. What I didn't like was having to hunt for the gas cap release button. Didn't know they still existed.
Cons:When I turned in the car, I saw a budget employee - who I've dealt with before - try to put the fear of God into an elderly gentleman who was renting a car. REALLY tried to sell him on the consequences of not having insurance through Budget. This man is PUSHY; I will not deal with him. In contrast, the two women I dealt with - one for picking up and other for bringing back - were delightful. Another problem: Lack of enough rental car parking spaces, so some returns were parked in front of cars trying to get out.
Pros:Easy in and out.
Cons:We reserved a four door sedan. When we arrived at Budget, we were told that we had a Smart Car. There was absolutely NO WAY that we would fit in. Smart Car. We had to pay $20 extra each day to upgrade to a larger vehicle. We paid way more than we would have, if we had just rented directly from car rental.

Cons:Expensive last minute rental and they couldn't offer me a better deal at the counter because I booked through Kayak

Cons:Car could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner, but I’m just being extra nit-picky at this point.
Pros:The reps at Budget SBA were great! Very helpful and accommodating. We had to change our rental dates a couple times and they made sure we got the best rates without having to ask.
Cons:Car had to be exchanged because of unknown mechanical issue. This was done easily. Budget phone operators were difficult to manage reservations with. Stick with the reps at SBA directly!
Pros:COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Cons:Was charged $100 for a tank of gas for a Corolla when the tank was already full
Didn’t honor the reservation from a 3rd party. Terrible customer service
