Pros:Very poor
Cons:I requested Hertz's liability insurance coverage alone but the counter representative billed me for liability and loss damage waiver both adding $55 to my bill that I did not notice until reviewing the invoice at return. I feel I was intentionally up sold and taken advantage of, although my fault.
Cons:They did not have the car I booked, nor any other that could safely transport 3 seven year kids (carpool) in the back
Air conditioner did not work properly which made it uncomfortable.
Cons:The car had not been cleaned. The customer service was lacking.
The car was not ready when we arrived, the front desk attendant charged us for 2 extra hours because we ended up getting our car slightly earlier than the time that we scheduled. Will not rent from SB Hertz again.
This Hertz rental office is not at the airport. The car was rented at an inexpensive price, and we had no trouble with the car. The car had some chips and scuffs, and was not entirely clean. The people at the rental office were friendly, but not super efficient.

Pros:The manager was very helpful and patient, our car was clean and a good value.
The women who work here were so rude. Beyond rude. I won’t be back to a hertz location again.
