The manager was great. However, it does not matter how great the manager is if the company does not care about their employees or customers.Cons:
To start, you should have the car that was reserved. Secondly, you make the customer go through all the trouble of getting the car in Cape Coral after you overcharge for the same car that I could have rented outside in Fort Myers. Thanks to the manager, my trip was not ruined not that you really care. The biggest problem is that there is no accountability with companies anymore.9.6 Wonderful

The car was clean and in great running condition.Cons:
When I booked this vehicle, I had set the pickup location to RSW Airport. The car was a 28 minute uber away from the airport, which cost me additional money. When I asked if I could return it to the airport, they said no. This required us to leave the hotel an hour earlier to get the car dropped off and get a ride to the airport before we left. The staff at Enterprise wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly either. I don't generally write bad reviews, but it was very irritating that I booked a vehicle to be picked up at the airport and was not informed that the location that they reserved was not at the airport. I put that fault on KAYAK and not Enterprise.10.0 Wonderful
