Not too bad location in Carson City. Some amenities okay such as bathroom, bed, simple furniture, etc. If not specifying WiFi, You might get a room with spotty or no WiFi and there are four such rooms. In this case you have to go to the lobby for WiFi, which is not convenient. Our room ran out of showing lotion. The complimentary breakfast was not good, so we had to check out and went to McDonald a mile away. Our price looked cheap except when compared with Motel 6 next it, which was 30% lower and advertising Free WiFi. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel next time. There are many other better choices nearby in Carson City.
Was safe A little on the old side
Spacious room, fridge and microwave, modern flat screen tv . Decent amount of channels Pool was not operational in 95 degree weather, very disappointing. Shower not very good.
Large room and friendly staff No pool
Rooms were clean, day staff very friendly. Fridge and microwave were a nice touch. Rooms were quiet - couldn't hear any outside traffic Toilets overflowed (not just ours - another friend who stayed in a different room had the same problem) and after calling down to the desk I was asked to pick up a plunger from the custodial closet and fix it myself. There is apparently only one staff member onsite at any time, so you are told to "do it yourself" for most things - whether that is getting a plunger to fix a toilet, or getting some extra supplies for your room.
Offered continental breakfast which was just okay. The rooms have no air conditioning, only a very noisy portable fan for air circulation. Very uncomfortable as it was pretty warm in Tahoe during my two-day trip.
Location was great and the bed was very comfortable! I loved that fact that it was clean and our room was very spacious. A little dark, incovinient if you want to do your makeup. You can hear people in the hallway.
The staff is nice, the amenities, breakfast, and look of the rooms are nice. The location is great. The beds were awful. My God the doubles are small and they bow. I almost rolled off multiple times. The pillows are not pliable and don't bend-- very uncomfortable. The noise from people walking around upstairs is intolerable. People might just be willing to their rooms or around inside their room but you hear every footstep from the bottom level. Maybe it's better on the top floor. 200 bucks a night I need more.
Loved the location, just a mile or two from our family we were visiting. Heater worked well on a cold night. Coffee maker in room. Bare bulb light fixture and cob webs behind the bathroom door in 205, too soft bed for old backs, breakfast room was a dark cave where we had to resupply items by searching under cupboards as no staff was evident, overpriced based on our travel experience(S (we understand it's the LOCATION but it shouldn't be more than $100/night even given Incline Village, not $168 with tax!)
