Pros: What a wonderful couple, so attentive, and willing to make our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. The breakfast was 5 star. They helped us with our day plans, they told us about the history of the village giving us more to see. I couldn't fault our two night stay, my children were welcomed and treat like little superstars. Our stay here was perfect, and if we do visit Liverpool again we will be booking our stay with this b&b again.
Cons: I have nothing to say against this b&b or our hosts.

Pros: We were really impressed with this B&B. The hosts contacted us by email prior to our stay and had booked us a table for dinner at the local pub the night we arrived which was really thoughtful. The room was lovely, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We had the family room which was plenty big enough for the three of us and has an ensuite on the top floor. Breakfast was delicious, great selection and Maureen and Richard served it up with a smile! Overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fairly good location. Very good staff. Rooms completely what we like. Bar and breakfast just what we need at each end of the day
Cons: Personally I find the messaging from booking for com and the hotel a little confusing about who’s charging us for what when... but it all works out in the end and I’ve never felt that I’ve been overcharged.

Pros: Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and the valet parking easy
Cons: Evening bar service was terrible. Had to ask three times for a drinks menu until they finally came over. The barman then placed the bill down and advised that he was having to set up for an event the next day so no-one would be around but if we wanted another drink, as at reception - not sure if there was anyone there. We also booked the hotel on the basis of the rooftop terrace - we arrived up there but there was a private function, no-one told us this so very disappointed not to be able to use it.

Pros: Loved the decor throughout. Very clean and tidy - lots of attention to details like charging points . Like the tv being a “ fish tank “- relaxing . Bed was soooo comfy ! As was the chair . Great for a work one night stay . Staff seem a bit “too cool for school” but actually warm up quickly . Bathroom products gorgeous and the towels huge ! I’d deff stay again
Cons: The room is a tad small but not claustrophobic. Terrible view but can’t be helped . Main area downstairs very off putting for a single female worker / traveller. Asked for an iron / board via email but none in my room and wasn’t venturing back down as it was hectic . Breakfast was again a bit off putting for me , no table available I could comfortably eat from . So paid 11 ( I think ?) for a coffee an orange and a boiled egg and scarpered

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room Service at 2am was great, but slightly pricy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptional and the décor was inspired
Cons: Disappointed that I was there for only 1 night!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, served at the top floor of the hotel with good views from the windows.
Cons: The room was filthy. Touching any surface filled the air with dust. We changed our booking to a suite before arrival but unfortunately the sofa and other surfaces were covered in very suspect stains which meant we were too disgusted to sit on these. We therefore felt we had paid extra money for unusable features. Contact with management about this issue was met with a promise of hearing from the regional manager, who gave an apology for "anything that was less than 100%" but did not respond to further emails.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely atmosphere. Staff couldn’t help enough. Decor is funky and the view from the bar is fab. Rooms are lovely; people have reviewed and said they are small so I was pleasantly surprised that they weren’t as small as I was expecting. Great beds and showers.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms and facilities were top notch.
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the fact that hot meals were individually cooked, rather than being left in a Bain Marie
Cons: The rooms in this hotel were excellent - up to 4 star standard as expected. However, the dining area was more like a MacDonalds cafe! The area was not as expected (I suppose I expected a standard dining room). The area was noisy, cramped and the food was overpriced. The buffet area was small and difficult to manoeuvre when busy. All in all a disappointing experience, even though staff were excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity for visiting stadium. Also trams into city close by. Staff at check in were very accommodating as we were allowed early access to our room having arrived early
Cons: Car parking is limited but ok so long as you can get a space.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together. We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights. These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.

The bedrooms are modern with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. Cleanliness was superb. Only a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Train Station and within walking distance of Piccadilly Gardens, bus stops etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor in the hotel was amazing and it had a lot of original features.

6.7 Good
Cons: Spa closed since August
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location in the park (we had a walk round and it was good to stretch our legs after travelling), had a drink in the convenient bar, which was well stocked. The terrace also looked nice but unfortunately the weather wasn’t nice enough to sit out. Bedroom was a nice size, very comfortable bed and great shower. Location was good for the airport and 24 hour checkout was a massive help for our early flight.
Cons: There weren’t many other options for eating within walking distance of the hotel and the restaurant seemed a bit overpriced and fussy - there was an option for bar food but nothing we fancied. Not keen on the frosted glass swing door for the toilet - it isn’t very private!

Pros: Very welcoming host. Spacious room. Shower was excellent. Good complimentary toiletries and plenty of towels. Great to have a fridge.

Pros: Felt cosy and family run. Not too corporate.
Cons: Could smell cooking from the residence above. Carpets around the corners were a bit dusty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We received a genuine warm and friendly welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and homely. Excellent mattress and pillows, along with quiet location made for a very good nights sleep. There was fruit bowl with fresh fruit in reception with a note for guests to help themselves. This was a lovely touch.
Cons: The shower could have been more powerful and easier to control, however, we managed just fine. The positioning of the kettle and a bit of a reach to the socket was a little awkward but these are pretty minor issues.

Pros: Position.
Cons: Room great but separate facilities for room not ensuite, but only for room use not shared.

Pros: Very nice, small and comfortable Owners were friendly and accommodating. Food was good and reasonable. Quite close to the airport.
Cons: The room I had was on the very top floor so difficult to get two bags up and down the stairs easily. Had to be careful not to bang my head on a low portion of the ceiling. Owner forgot my wake up call so I had to rush about a little to pack and have breakfast in order to leave on time. I would stay there again but would change my room and take my own alarm clock!
4.0 Okay
Cons: The window was screwed open, it was impossible to close it and the hotel is near the airport so it was impossible to sleep with planes roaring overhead all night long. I was embarking on a 49 hour series of flights the next day so a good nights sleep was my main requirement,
