Cons: Was told could pickup 11-24th Thanksgiving, got to the airport and the hertz counter was closed. For the day.

Cons: That We did not need the car by morning time and when I cancelled with Hertz, they could not help me with a refund. Very risky business if you prepay for your car,(something I realized I did afterwards) I will never use this sight again. It has been 4 days and I still have no refund .

Pros: Friendly and competent (and quick!) counter staff. It's a small airport and easy to get around in, and the car rentals are a short stroll outside the door. Counter staff warned me about getting on Toll roads, because in TX, the customer gets billed for the automatic toll collection system (through car's license, I think). I appreciated that.
Pros: I needed a car to get to the airport so I ordered one from Enterprise. Half hour before pickup they informed me they didn't have a car for me and would not pick me up to bring me into town. Had to walk 2.5 miles IN THE RAIN to rent a uhaul at twice the price to make my flight. Offered little slice and nothing to make it right.
