Very stripped down version of the car. I rent a lot and gps and Cn radio are pretty standard at the same price at other companies. The worst part was the rental agent. Extremely high pressure sales tactics on the insurance. Repeatedly asking despite me saying numerous times I don't want it. "I don't want you to leave without our insurance., what will it take to get you into our insurance before you go." The kid was like a bad caricature of a used car salesman. That and the dorky stocking cap he wore even inside really ruined his professional look.Hertz

Would have been nice if I could have picked up the rental from the location I booked it from. Having to pick up from an alternate location delayed our departure time by at least 2 hours due to additional travel time to pick up, and that location being extremely under staffed.2.0 Poor

Staff was superb. Wife handled the rental instead of myself due to schedule. Everyone helped her feel comfortable with the process. Good, new car. Pleasant to rent here.Cons:
Took the Corolla on a long trip, not recommended. Upgrade to a sedan or whatever, to save yourself that discomfort. Wife and six yr old agree, it was fun and we had a good trip but, we are so glad to be back in my Impala. Next rental I’ll prob try a newer van.2.0 Poor

It seemed easy enough to reserve a minivan. But when i telephoned a few days before my pick up date to confirm my reservation i was given the run around with regard to payment sources. I offered to put down a $1000 cash deposit on top of my debit card and was refused. I was told if i had a Costco membership they would accept my debit card payment2.0 Poor

Rude customer service. Had a reservation and drove an hour to pick up the car and was told at first that they couldn't find the reservation and then when they found the reservation they told me they didn't have any cars and said there was nothing they can do. Very unprofessional and I will never give Hertz my business againBudget
