Cons: I showed up and they said they were out of cars. They said they intended to call me and let me know but didn't. They said they allowed me to make the rental even though they didn't have s car because I went through Kayak. I won't be using Kayak or Enterprise again.

Poor customer service
Pros: The car was good.
Cons: My flight was late and I tried to call. I kept getting agent must be busy. Tried a few minutes later and was told office had been closed. When I called the main 800 number I was told it was in the same cubicle as Nation and the agent could rent both companies vehicles when I get to Chattanooga.
When I landed I was told I had reserved a car in town and not the airport and the Airport rate was far different than the one I had reserved. I typed in Chattanooga when I made reservations and it was the only thing that came up.
My $202.00 reserve cost me around $495.00. It was after 11:00 PM and I was presenting at a conference the next day in another town. I was not in the position to argue.
If I treated customers the way I was her I would spend more time in court than managing the business. If I had customers at all.

Great customer service
Pros: The man working at the counter was cheerful and friendly and got a good price for me. The truck was clean and got decent gas mileage.
Cons: For some reason it booked at the wrong location, so my car wasn't booked.

Unknowingly upgraded with an upgraded price
Cons: I booked a compact car and given a Nissan Sentra - did not know this was a mid-size and was then charged for a mid-size. Front license plate falling off and smelled like there were smokers in the car previously and covered up with a fragrance spray.

Cons: Was told they didnt have a full size car and was upgrading to a SUV. Then they tried to convince me me to buy their gas package because it would save me money. The whole the sales rep was on the phone talking to a friend. I wnet to the numbered spot and couldnt find a SUV, wqalked around fr a few minutes then used the car alarm to find the car - a toyota camry-CLEARLY NOT AN SUV!
Cons: The price was a little steep for just having the car under 24 hrs,

Pros: Ended up with a nice, comfortable vehicle with all the bells and whistles.
Cons: They had originally given me a with a warning light on. After I insisted that the sales person sign something releasing me and stating that she told me that the vehicle was okay to drive, she decided to give me an upgrade instead.

Great service. Not so clean car
Pros: Service and price was great.
Cons: Was a pretty bad odor coming from the trunk. Sprayed twice with frebreeze and still was bad. Someone should have caught a smell that bad before renting the car!!

Pros: Overall, 99% was excellent. Thank you.
Cons: I hit a heavy rain on my way home to Memphis. The windshield wipers were horrible. I recommend either replacing them more frequently or applying RainX to the windshield. Ensuring the safety of your driver should be a priority.
Pros: Good price, friendly staff, car had nice amenities
Cons: My car smelled like cigarette smoke, I had to wait at the airport for 10 minutes to be picked up, and I had to wait when I got to the hub to be waited on when I was first renting my car.

Awesome Jeep for phenomenal price
Pros: This is the second time I've rented with them and both times I've gotten the free upgrade to brand new Jeeps! The Jeeps were immaculate and the service was very friendly.

Doesn't accept ALL debit cards
Pros: The truck was well maintained and got a pretty decent deal.
Cons: They didn't specify that not all kinds of debit cards are accepted. Even when I attempted to pay my deposit and thought I had, the rep didn't tell me the card or the payment weren't accepted. Also if you are using someone else's credit card to pay, they have to be added as a driver even if they aren't driving or even going on your trip. That is ridiculous to have to pay the additional driver daily fee for someone not even driving!
