Rude!!Cons:We got there to rent the car and they told us we needed paperwork that we didnt have. When we rented the car online nothing told us we would need proof of residency. Long story short i never got a car but im out $54 because of some insurance they cant refund.Reviewed Aug 26 2017

Slim PickensPros:Very friendly staff. Was very professional and tries to make the customer feel comfortable.Cons:Did not have available full size cars that I had requested. I was willing to go to nearest airport for full size car, but it would be much more expensive because of airport taxes. It was only five minutes away, but that much more? Don't rent from Enterprise!Pros:Nothing. The staff treated me poorly and with disrespect. I would NEVER rent from the again.Cons:I reserved a rental car and when I went in to get it I was told I couldn't rent it because I didn't have a credit card. Then I was told if I used my debit card (which I use for everything) I would need a copy of a utility bill. I then logged onto my account and produced a utility bill in my name and was then told it wasn't good enough, the bill had to have a zero balance. The bill wasn't due yet so I hadn't paid it. I have never been treated so poorly. I am convinced Enterprise does NOT want to honor these cheaper/bargain rentals so in turn they come up with any excuse in the book not to honor them. Shame on Enterprise for how they treat people.Reviewed Apr 25 2017
