Compact SUV

KAYAK
I was charged an extra day for being 20min late on the dropoff and, even though I gave the car back with the same amount of gas, they still charged me $16 for gas. It was ridiculous. I'm never using this company again. I was with the car for less than 24 hours and they charged me for 48. I have written them and they couldn't care less. I'm pissed.

Intermediate SUV

KAYAK
The car air conditioner did not work. It got to 92 that day. In addition the oil showed 0% life on oil. We called 10-15 times and no answer. The next day we went back to return. The manager said they never answer the phone, too busy. Put us in a smaller car that had been used by a smoker. I will NOT be using this spot in the future.
