Overall was good. I wish I would have received more instruction on drop off for after hours. I think at the GNV airport there are boxes outside to drop keys but then after I Did that I saw them on the rental car counter so that was confusing at this location. Over all everything and the workers at the counter were great!

I had asked for a GPS in the car and there was none. I was advised to use my cell phone and connect it to the on-board computer. But there was no connection between the phone and the car. So we had to change cars, which took an hour in total. Despite this, the time taken to return the car was not extended by an hour. So I'm the one who had to bear the brunt of the malfunction when it was the budget's fault. I find this totally abnormal.

Poor and stressful. The office said my reservation was for EV, but this was not on the agreement anywhere. I had to pay more to upcharge to gas powered.

No issues. Did a pick up and drop off with two different locations 5 hours apart. Very smooth and Hertz has always been easy. Defiantly check the off airport sites for cheaper rates
