The car was not safe and should not have been rented. It had a bad shake starting at 50mph. Right rear tire was bald as in no tread left. After calling multiple times I talked with the person at rental counter, she told me they didn’t have any other vehicles and advised me to keep driving what I had. Explained the tire was not safe and she suggested I call road side assistance and they could direct me to a tire shop I could take the car to for repair. Since it’s not my car I didn’t think I should have to spend my time waiting on repairs at a tire shop. I ask if she could call me when they had another vehicle, she agreed to do that. Never heard back from her. Basically she didn’t care.

it was terrible and I will never use Hertz or kayak or Expedia ever again. Thank you for not refunding my money and showing me that I should just contact the rental car company directly and not use your service.
