Pros:

Friendly staff with a quick & easy rental and drop off. The pick up truck was immaculate.

Cons:

There is no exterior signage for this rental location, which is inside a hotel. I had to call ahead to confirm that your rental center was there.

Hard to say -- arrived at scheduled pick up time, and they were closed with nobody answering phones until two days later.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and despite my booking the wrong day, let me rent the same truck for the same price.

Cons:

This is just all Enterprise Car Rental's in general, but they don't require the person returning the car to fill the gas tank to the top and just bring it back the way it was. I always find that harder to do.

Pros:

The staff was nice enough.

Cons:

literally everything could have been better. The car we reserved wasn't there, so they told us they had to put us in a compact. We had a seven hour drive. At first, we got in the car since that was all they said they had. It was gross. The interior was grungy and the car had clearly been smoked in. Additionally, there were six or seven other vehicles sitting there that we could have chosen. We went back inside and asked why they weren't offered, and all they said was they'd give us six dollars off the rental. I told them to refund the trip and that we would go somewhere else. We ended up going to Avis a couple blocks away. Yes, it was more expensive, but I would rather pay more for what I want than less for the polar opposite of what I want or need.
