Pros: Value was great, except for them trying to charge me their normal rates.
Cons: When I returned the vehicle, they tried to charge me their usual rate. Not the rate I agreed to at Kayak. After some arguing, I got the rate I was promised.

Long wait at airport for shuttle of 40 minutes and
Cons: I asked if they was at the airport and the guy said yes. In reality it was a shuttle which took too long

Poorly managed location
Cons: Apparently were vastly overbooked for the car type we booked, and so when we arrived they had nothing to give us, so didn't even end up renting from them . . . probably better assuming the rest of their service would have been just as terrible; will not rent from this location ever again

Didn't get what I paid for
Cons: I had booked a mini-van well in advance because I knew it was Spring Break and the demand would be high. I was told there were no min-vans available and I had to take an SUV instead, without any reduction in price. They did not have transponders for EZ-Pass and told me I could just drive through tolls. Well, most have barrier gates that go up only after the EZ-Pass has been detected, so I ended up having to use cash tolls. Their staff are clearly not well informed. Upon return, they were not able to print a final receipt and promised to email one to me, which was not done. I will not be renting from Payless again.
Pros: Showed up to get my car and they told me they didn't have anymore cars... Mad a reservation 48-24 hours in advance and called to confirm my reservation... And still some how when I went to get my car they didn't have one for me

Cons: I reserved the time for noon and got there at 12:10 P.M. and they were closed! Since it was a prepay I didn't get my car or money back! Ugh

Hidden fees... hidden fees everywhere
Pros: Staff at the pick up location was very helpful and understanding
Cons: When booking the car, insurance was offered as optional. When I went to pick up the car, it turned out I had to pay 200 dollars for 4 days of insurance, otherwise I could not take the car. Should I knew this earlier, I could have booked a flight or looked at different means of travel. This way I did not have a choice but to pay the fee. Horrible experience that I do not wish for anyone.
Pros: The customer service was great and the vehicle was a well maintained comfortable car.
Cons: The vehicle had a lingering smoke smell that was not masked very well. Soon after leaving the lot, the smell become apparent.

it was okay
Pros: I like that the car got up and went. It was very spacious. I also loved that it was great on gas milage.
Cons: The car had a little kick to it. I hated the car smell so I had to get a air freshener for it. The smell just made me sick to my stomach. Because it was cold out it did something to the attire pressure.

Make sure you have the right kind of credit card.
Cons: Enterprise policy meant that I could not use a card for payment that I had used at other rental companies. It was a Paypal business card that can be processed as a debit or credit card and I had used it just last summer at ACE rental with no issues. This really threw a wrench into the works and I had difficulty making other arrangements. The person I was dealing with was courteous but refused to even attempt to run my card as a credit card as I do on dozens of occasions every week. It was very inconvenient. The gentleman did allow me to return the vehicle without filling the gas tank for our trouble, but it was still a great delay and inconvenience.
Cons: Even though I had checked in online the attendant told that I was late and that I was lucky I didn't lose my rental. Even if I was late and they didn't receive my online confirmation there is no need to tell me that. Besides it wasn't like they had a line of people waiting for cars.
