Friendly and helpful staff a Hertz location at Wichita Eisenhower National Airport.Cons:
This car rental was similar to two other car rentals I have experienced in Wichita during the past two months. Enterprise, Avis and Hertz all promised a minivan or large suv. Enterprise cancelled on me one day before I needed the rental, telling me two renters had not returned vehicles. Avis and Hertz only had smaller capacity vehicles available. It seems there exists a bait-and-switch approach to car rentals in Wichita, Kansas.8.4 Very good

The original price online was 49.90. When I added some insurance and prepaid the fuel, they levied a whole bunch of taxes and fees and it added $125 to the rental. Maybe all car rental places do this kind of stuff but, wow, was I disappointed with how much they charged. Would not rent from Hertz again. Customer service was very rude and impatient as well.
