Easy pick-up and drop-off. Staff at both locations was friendly and helpful. Car was in need of some love though (lots of dents, scratches, stains, missing gas cap, power door locks no longer worked, etc.). Hertz agent at drop-off was even surprised by the state of the car, and asked if it had come from their location. He was relieved when I told him it hadn't.

They cancelled and over the phone the main place said I would have a vehicle. Someone needs to make sure that cars are available before they let you make a reservation. May need to take calls instead if online since it really puts someone in a bind to have the reservation canceled and you have no vehicle to go out of state. I was very happy with the constant two different stories.
