The guy didn’t go i ok we very much, I wasn’t aware that i you you could return the car without a full tank of gas so I was disappointed that we had to stop and get gas after picking up the car. I also would have like them to vacuum out the car before I received it.Cons:

They were not open when they were supposed to be and when I was scheduled to pick up my car. I waited an hour and nobody ever arrived to open the store on a Friday morning. We called every Avis customer service line that we could find and nobody could help us. Ultimately I had to go find another car rental place and rent a different car, at obviously a significantly higher rate because it was last minute. Horrible experience that almost ruined my vacation.3.2 Poor

Cons:
Kayak allowed me to make a reservation at 9am and when I showed up at 9;30 the distributor had 0 cars to give me and said I’d have to wait until 1pm. The connection between Kayak and the distributor should definitely be tighter and NOT allow for reservations to be made when no cars are available. Luckily another customer returned a car 45 min later that I was able to take but that system is totally flawed.4.8 Mediocre

153 dollars for a rental car in Fl for less then 2 days is absurd but I had no other alternative. Haven't used Budget in a long time and I most certaintly will not use them again. Agent was great, car not cleaned on the inside.5.2 Fair

Bugs on wshield....took awhile to find gas door lever , (put at least red sticker on it), rented with half tank, fueled up b4 turn in but attendant said slightly less, so had to complain to counter person.( digital gauges make it hard to asses level..move up or down in discrete blocks vs analog) to get refund ...was charged $19 extra!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
I was given an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. This was because they did not have my reserved vehicle on the lot.Cons:
I think that the lot was far busier than expected and it caused some logistical problems. They only had one gentlemen cleaning all of the cars, so that caused some issues with being able to turn the cars over in a timely manner.2.0 Poor

we booked a car 24 hours in advance, got confirmation, and the one hour before pickup got a call saying they had NO vehicles available...we are done with enterprise key largo.Cons:
