unfortunately , they never contacted me to tell me they did not have cars available for me until I get to the rent a car place and told me they could not call me because they did not have my phone number, NOT TRUE.

Very friendly staff.I reserved a small economy vehicle, which wasn’t available at time of pick up, so I was given a minivan, which isn’t much of an upgrade at all. Nonetheless, I was not charged more. The minivan was not the cleanest inside. It had less than a quarter of gas at time of pickup. Thankfully, I was not required to return with a full tank. Rental seemed expensive for a rather inefficient and ugly vehicle for my short trip.

I needed a pick up on Saturday. There were not enough staff available to accommodate my last-minute request. Perhaps if I had planned ahead this would have been different.

Nothing! I called the downtown Seattle company after realizing that Kayak sent me here when I put in Seattle airport pick up.. I was told the best way to get to them was take the light rail to University district and then uber over to their office. Ok! So I took light rail which took about 50 minutes and then proceeded to get an uber which took another 40 minutes because none were available. When I finally arrived at the Enterprise office it was exactly 3:03. They close at 3:00. The young lady looked out the door at me standing there sobbing dragging a suitcase and turned off the lights and walked out the door. No comment....no concern......Nothing. I then spent another 30 minutes getting another uber and sitting on the curb crying. By the time I got where I needed to go I was over an hour late and missed seeing my son whom I have not seen in 2 years!Just about everything. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to work with you. Being from out of state there were some difficulties but they were instrumental in making them easy to deal and smooth.When I was looking through the car there were fries and pringles under the seat. I do think a little more transparency about fees and processes would have been nice, however, the fault is on both sides as I did not explicitly say I was from out of state when they called to confirm.

The staff was very helpful and patient. And very Thorough!It’s a company where I walk into and felt really comfortable,I didn’t feel like I have to put my defense up or anything.Great staff they didn’t awesome job very professional!I honestly didn’t see anything else that they could have done better.Yes the only thing I can say about the company there in a private maybe find a bigger area for the business.

This was the best experience I have ever had renting a car! The process lasted less than 10 minutes; they didn't ask me tons of questions; the car was a much better quality than is typical; bonus I was allowed to drop off anytime before they opened which was helpful with a delayed ferry that would have made us late. The staff were so helpful! I've never rented from Hertz but would definitely do so in the future based on this experience.

Uber dropped me off at the car rental location and it was closed leaving us stranded in the middle of an unfamiliar city. When I called Hertz they were unable to help, but offered to provide a refund. The agent then transferred me to an automated black hole while I stood on the street with my luggage and no transportation. I have yet to receive a refund from Hertz. Never again.

I needed to drive an hour south of the Seattle airport and the pickup location turned out to be 30 minutes north of the airport. I called Hertz but they said there were no other vehicles and they were unwilling to change the location anyway since it was prepaid. Then I had to pay $75 for a taxi to get there. This was also during rush hour so the drive was quite stressful and I arrived at my final destination an hour and a half late. The pickup location was also in a questionable area and as a single female traveler I was uncomfortable being there. I was able to call Hertz after I picked up the vehicle and I did like being able to change the drop off location to the Seattle airport for a small fee.

1) Location was terrible. It cost me 2 x $80 to get to/from the airport. 2) Pickup was extremely slow die to local disorganized team. It took me 45 minutes to get to the location and another 45 minutes picking up the car. 3) The car was returned from another customer without being cleaned. It was both dirty and unsanitary. 4) The low cost of the rental was offset by the $160 in Uber cost getting to the location. 5) The vehicle quality was poor. Steering was rattling violently, the USB port wasn’t working and there were dents and scratches throughout. All-in-all a very poor experience. I will not be booking from this location again.
