It go the 5 of us from Michigan to Tennessee and back fairly easyCons:
I was told I would be renting a Ford Transit got a Chevy Express, which had less leg room for the driver. Being 6' tall with bad knees, it was a tough ride without enough room to stretch my legs out. There was food, wrappers and plastic silverware under the very rear seat. I vacuumed it out before I returned it and it was cleaner than when I picked it upHertz

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful in my situation. I was unaware of a $200 hold and the need to always use a credit card and not a debit card. I don’t use credit.Cons:

The SUV was clean and full of gas. The people walked me thru the operation of the vehicle and reconfigured the seats for me. I had purchased insurance thru Kayak and it was accepted without question. Overall it was an excellent experience.10.0 Wonderful
