Budget has always been my 1st choice for car rental. The Port St. Lucie and the West Palm beach staff are always friendly and accommodating when renting from their location. Some of the others could take a refresher's course on how to treat people. Again, never any surprises, with the exception of this rental 28-30th Jan 25 as the pick up rental price was different that the drop off, closing out the contract.

We liked nothing about the experience. We got to the Budget Office in Port St Lucie and there was no car for us. The woman there insisted we travel an hour south (we were heading north) to hopefully get another car. No guarantees there either. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to Orlando to start all over by reserving another car. Our reservations contract was not honored.

Everything? Maybe you could have reserved a car like you said you would?
