Cons: No one answered the phone ever

Cons: Hertz gave away a vehicle I reserved because I was a few minutes late. I was unable to find another vehicle for my family vacation by the time of departure and was forced to drive one of our own vehicles because all other rental car places honored the fact there cars were all reserved.

Pros: The car I had reserved wasn't ready when I arrived at the location. The agent had already assigned another car to me that was an upgrade.
Pros: The main rep I dealt with was so nice & helpful. Plus he was cute ;)
Cons: The manager was extremely rude, had a bad attitude & refused to help me. He made the rep I was dealing with look bad because I was trying to use my debit card, (as I do not have a credit card) but made it unnecessarily difficult for him to help me. The other reps were very busy but one had a bad attitude as well & was curt with an angry customer. (The customer was being dramatic & looking for free stuff & trying to get over on them, but he could've handled the situation better.)

Wanted to get the job done
Pros: A rival car company refused to rent to me as a last minute rental with only a debit card. Enterprise found a way to verify my identity and address off of a utility bill. They then got me a great car and allowed me to return it to a location closer to my home (by a few miles). They are customer-oriented, and it shows.
