Flight cancelled, resulted in a 24 hour delay to pick up the car. After 2 calls I was told twice the cost would more than triple. Cancelled the reservation, booked with another rental company for ~100.00 more. Poor cust service and unwillingness to work with me cost you the entire reservation.9.2 Wonderful
