Pros: We had a lot of luggage, and the man at the desk could see that it wouldn't fit in the car we had arranged. He arranged a larger car, helped us put the back seats down, and in general was a nice guy.

A quick trip from Barnstable, MA to Baltimore and back to see a game.
Pros: Nice and roomy, good visuals with driving. 5 adults so everyone had a row with all the room you needed. Van averaged between 17 and 18 mpg with a large gas tank of 20 gallons. The AC worked great along with the Sirius radio. Picking up and dropping off at the Hyannis airport was very easy and fast. Make sure you know where the gas goes into the van (right by the driver's door).
Cons: When it was windy, the van being very high would get pulled to one side of the road or another so I had to be very diligent while driving. At one stop for gas, the column locked when I went to start the vehicle. I called the 1-800 number on the key chain and Morgan helped me out to get the van started again.

Pros: Car was new 5000 miles on it. Gas mileage was great.
Cons: I thought cars are all non smoking cars. They ruined this car. It smelled of smoke real bad. I did not see none smoking stickers on it.

Cons: According to my father, who dropped off since I had to catch a flight, Budget is trying to charge me SIX TIMES the rate I accepted through Kayak. I will have to spend hours today trying to rectify.

Cute quick little car at a fair price
Pros: I liked the car it was clean and quick. The man who was there when I picked the car up was friendly.
Cons: The office was closed when I returned the car there was a be back soon sign on the door with a return time. We waited until well after that time and still no one. I dropped the keys in the slot. I tried calling the office to make sure I didnt get charged for another day but did not get an answer all five times I called

Pros: the car was affordable, and fairly clean. seems it could have been washed and vacuumed, a little more often.
Cons: the Budget rental rep, at the agent was kind of neutral and passive, in his behavior and actions. He served me, but, he wasn't at all friendly, outgoing or customer interactive in a positive way. it is kind of like he was just there, doing a job. When my friend and I were returning, we were about a quarter mile away, topping off the gas tank, and told him we would be there in a couple minutes, and would he mind calling the cab company he had told us about, at the rental pickup, and have a cab come over to pick us up. He told my friend he would give him the number so he could call. We just needed a quick pickup, to make it to the Ferry in time to get back to Nantucket, and were cutting it close. he was told that, but did not want to call the cab, for us. we thought that was a bit rude. Anyway, when I got back, he did dial the cab number, and handed me the Budget phone, then walked out to check the rental return. He was just not very polite, nor customer service oriented, and said as little as he could to finish out the return. the cab showed in a couple minutes, and we made it to the boat on time.
Cons: The office was closed when I returned the car, so I put my contract, keys, and gas receipt in the Dropbox. But instead of charging me for a one day rental, they charged me for three. And of course it takes 5-7 business days for my credit card to be refunded, but only one day to charge it.

Cons: As soon as there is a problem. Both Kayak and Hertz dont take responsibilities. Kayak says Hertz has to fix it and Hertz says Kayak has to fix it. I am very angry.
I wanted to change the drivers name in my car rental with plenty of days in advance, but it was impossible to do it because of this ping pong responsibilty game between the companies. At the end they made me pay more, the forced me to pay an additional driver.

Hertz was great, vehicle not so much
Pros: Everything but the vehicle itself. Not a knock against Hertz. Just surprised a 2017 model was how inefficient and uncomfortable as it was.
Cons: Surprisingly, the Yaris is not very efficient. You can only go 300 mi before needing to fill up. For a small car, I would expect a little better, especially with the "Eco" feature, whatever that means. Comfortability of the seats is real low. Definitely bring something for lower back support because this does not have it. You will be Hutton for certain within an hour of driving. This is just a review of the vehicle. Hertz was great!

You get what they got
Pros: Car was clean.
Cons: Reserved and charged for a full sized car. Told I was getting a full size car at the counter. The only cars that had were compact. We had to sit with bags on our laps for 10 hours because they wouldn’t fit in the trunk or at our feet. Needed to travel that day. Have to see if I can get my overcharge back. Don’t trust that you will get anything other than what they have on the 6 car lot.
Cons: I had made my reservation using a debit card, but when I arrived to pick up my car, they said that there policy didn't allow me to rent a car with that card. Luckily, other places were still open so I could go get a car from Hertz - which was a great experience.

Pros: Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly.
Cons: I found someone's personal items in the care, and so returned to the agency during busy traffic. A coffee spill near cup holder had not been cleaned.

Cons: I don't the blue light inside the circle around the speed . I want to reduce the beam down soft so the I see on the road . no way yo find the dial to turn down the blue light . That is all.
Pros: In person everyone as Avis was nice and helpful. They attended us quickly.
Cons: We tried calling multiple times and had to wait 30+ min for them to find our reservation, and had both the customer service rep and his manager argue with us rather than explain the price difference when dropping off the car in a different location. Thy were unapologetic and talked to me as if I was stupid. Talking on the phone with Avis was a MISERABLE experience.
