Booked a rental for pick up at the enterprise at MCO airport. Go to clerk explain i have a rental. I am then told my rental is not at this location but at another location 30 minutes away. I ask if i am able to change it he says no i am not and he does not even try to help me find a way to resolve it and simply told me he cant help. I then called the enterprise that the rental was actually located and cancelled my rental. Will never book again with

Enterprise staff was wonderful and accommodating. The "non-smoking" vehicle reeked of smoke and the staff gave me several options at a very busy time of year to rent vehicles. *I felt deceived by Priceline for their offer which turned out to be off site from the airport

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and efficient. My vehicle rental was emaculant. I had to drive out further than usual to this Enterprise Car rental but the great service I received it was woth it. I give it five ☆☆☆☆☆

Very speedy and exactly what we booked.Didn’t realize the pickup location required getting a ride because it was 20 minutes away. The site didn’t make that clear.

12 Passenger Van? No thanks.Nothing.We called checking to be sure our rental was available and was told that they had picked up the vehicle 2 days prior so it was all set! I rented (specifically) a 12 person and they "upgraded" us to a 15 person. Well, this isn't what I wanted because that means there is NO trunk space - none. No room to adjust, we had to take it they said. They also had it a mess and never cleaned it (so much for picking it up 2 days ago). The van was DISGUSTING. I was embarrassed. Stains everywhere, handles on the doors broken, and it smelled as if someone let dogs live in there for months. Just terrible. To say that I am appalled that I had to pay even $10 for this vehicle is an understatement. What a waste. I have rented from Enterprise before but I will think twice after this poor experience.

Nice vehicle, friendly and helpful person at pickup, prompt ride back at return locationTrouble communicating at reservation...spelled everything multiple times, pickup did not happen as they ended up having no one to do it. I had to call in to get figured out. ...I ended up going to the rental location...could not find paperwork....turns out I spoke to a local Enterprise central call office...the branch finally found paperwork as the central office had my last name as my first...Stephenson Stuart) and said I was sent to wrong office...no vehicle..waited while a helpful person got another larger vehicle ready and said I could return it empty after hour and a half plus overall wait ...was charged $ 160 on the drop off end...I Asked how it went from 107. He showed me paperwork and said someone would call. I later got a call saying that they were wrong and I would be charged 107. Lots of lost time, poor communication and many errors...okay review because the pick up person was very helpful in getting stuff sorted, getting me a vehicle ready and giving me gas without me asking for compensation. He wrote his employee number to avoid any issues at the return location. A comedy of errors. The person taking the phone reservation was not qualified language wide to be in that position.
