The staff was nice. I really appreciated the girl who I dropped the car off to. She was very nice. She seemed really busy, but maintained professionalism.I notice the employees are checking people in and also cleaning cars in between. I feel for them. The car was clean, but I did not feel that it was deep cleaned between customers Bc my windows had marks on them like a head was resting on the glass. I brought my own wipes and wipes the car down. So maybe a little more attention to detail would be nice considering the issues with Covid. But staff was extremely nice. They just look really busy.

Always easy to rent at enterprise. Long, long time customer.Brakes on vehicle went out. New Camry without brakes. Not fun, but all worked out ok. Long wait at pickup.

Excellent ServiceUpon my arrival, I was met with a smiling face even though I could tell it had been a long day. It was 5:15 pm on a Tuesday evening before Memorial Day weekend. They were quickly running out of vehicles. Because of an unscheduled customer needing a vehicle I reserved, they asked if I would like a free upgrade to an SUV. I said of course (because I really wanted one to begin with but couldn't bring myself to pay $75 more just for an SUV). We walked around the vehicle, and I signed my name on the tablet and was good to go. Very quick service. They called me that morning to confirm my reservation and got my license number to make my service quicker. I will use them again,
